A product that lowers the threshold of filmmaking
A few weeks ago I bought SMOOTH 4 (white version) and I have to say I love it!! Paired my iPhone, SMOOTH 4 works very well. One feature I would like to highlight is Vertigo shot. I thought it is difficult to realize even with the gadget but it turns out amazing!!
Only works with apple not Android
I was so excited to buy smooth 4, but now im thinking return it if they do not upgrade their Android app. All the features this smooth 4 has only works with apple, not with android. I'm very disappointed!... do not buy this item if you are Android user.

This Gimbal is excellent compared to the LanParte hhg-01 which i used to have. With that being said i sold that one for the new zhiyun smooth 4 and all its new app features that at the moment are not fully functional for Android users (note 8)so all the good press you see comes from iPhone user's...
I love it
Okay so as far as gimbals for phones go this is the only one Id consider.functions incredible with filmicpro and the controls and buttons I have yet to see on another gimbal. When you power it up you pretty much dont have to touch the screen on the phone for anything else.
Still on the fence
Been almost 2 weeks using the smooth 4. There are some things I do not like and one is a lack of a joy stick. Another is some of the features are not operational yet. I will do a follow up after the firmwares. The footage Looks smooth. Im using a iPhone 6plus and it balances no problem .
