Bought this to go with the mi smart watch. I really wanted to monitor my balance. I have inner ear problems that make balance a challenge. It is so easy to use. It paired easily with the watch and makes monitoring both weight and balance effortless. Very happy with the performance.
The scale connects to my Mi APP on my phone. You get plenty of information to not only know your weight but your full body composition. I have found the scale very helpful in giving me feedback to continue on my path to better health and lower cholesterol.
I read some great reviews on the scale, and I have to say the app is really buggy, the scale takes time to turn on… the info is interesting but the process is very time consuming in the morning.
Works great, batteries seem to last forever. Provides a lot of insights beyond weight as well when paired with the app!
