Good choice for me
This unit was a good choice for me and is working well. Overall I think TP-Link provides good products at a lower price point than other similar products. I also have a TP-Link load sharing router to allow me to use more than one internet provider in my poorly served rural area.
TP-Link AC1900 router
I love these TP-Link wifi routers and their software. Set them up using the app is very easy. Used Tenda routers in the past and these are much nicer.
Very happy with our new router which replaced our old one.
Was fairly easy to set up, and has a great range for our single storey large house. Even has reach to the back corner of our garden, which is far away from where the router is in the house.
Excellent router
Mesh routers are all the rage right now. They don't fit all of the circumstances needed. This router has excellent 5 GHz range that is needed in a high density residential setting to avoid channel contention from the neighbors. This is a good/excellent choice to do just that.
Fast and Easy
This router is easy to set up and fast to turn on, which are the most important features. Wished the indicator lights were more easily seen and the antennas seem flimsy and unattractive.
