The design in sleek. The Bluetooth connectivity has a great sound quality, but when connected to the optic audio option the volume is more limited. It does not connect wirelessly to our Samsung smart TV that’s only a few years old, which was disappointing. Overall not bad, especially for the price.
Purchased a 65" Samsung TV in 2016. Finally decided we should get a sound bar. Purchased SAMSUNG HW-T650 3.1ch Soundbar with 3D Surround Sound (12/2020). I placed the sound bar on our credenza under the wall mounted TV and the subwoofer on the floor next to the couch, ~10 ft from the TV.
I purchased this for a tv in an extra room that I wanted the sound to be a bit greater. It did the job. easy to set up easy to use and improved the move watching experience significantly. I recommend and would consider buying the other speakers to go along with these two.
I thought the Sub woofer would have a little more punch. The soundbar adds better vocals than the TV, but it doesn't sound like it fills the room. It has great center vocals with no highs or lows, but the subwoofer helps a little to add fullness.
I bought Samsung because of the quality I'm used to from them but I have not been happy with the sound quality at all. I tried everything and it doesn't provide anywhere near the quality I expected.
