Seamless transition. Happy customer
Upgraded from an s8 to the s23. Fortunately purchased within the storage upgrade window, so rocking the 256gb. Data transfer (contacts, 143k messages [all-time], apps [with exact homescreen layout from s8], numbers, etc.) was seamless. Time consuming but did it all wirelessly. No complaints.
Best purchase ever!
I decided to spoil myself and bought this product. It is the best purchase I have ever made. When I bought it, it was on sale. I thought that the price was too good to be true, but I was pleasantly surprised. There were no issues with the product, and I highly recommend it.

I have been a Pixel and Samsung fan for a long time. I LOVED the fingerprint reader on my Pixel 5 and hated it on my Pixel 6a, so I researched fingerprint readers to make this decision between the S23 and the Pixel 8. In several reviews, the type of reader on the S23 was lauded, so I went for it.
Glad I upgraded!
It's really a wonderful phone, smooth and powerful. I find it to be quite a significant upgrade from my S21. There is a small "learning curve" to the new features, but they are all pretty much intuitive, and with even a small bit of experimentation, everything gets done. In brief, I love it...
