As a phone it is ok. HOWEVER, the bluetooth connection leaves a LOT to be desired. I cannot walk into another room in my house without loosing connection. And if I go outslde of the house I loose connection even if my phone is only 5 feet away. I never had that issue with my old LG phone.
Was working fine... I hit snooze on my alarm this morning & 15 minutes later when it went off I noticed the screen was glitching out, purple and green, and only half the screen showed. No idea what went wrong... I’ve only had this phone since the end of January... & it’s barely been used.
Cricket has blocked use of this phone stating that it is not compatible with the Cricket network. This is BS from Cricket as any 4G GSM LTE phone would work if allowed. Anyway do not buy if you are with Cricket, they will suspend your account and you have to call to get it reinstated.
So far the phone is pretty good. I've always loved Samsung phones however I was very hesitant to buy the international phone since I've had issues in the past with other brand but this phone has defied all odds and all the enhanced features work. Oh and I'm in love with the 48 mp camera.
