Just got this yesterday. Set it up this morning. The main thing I dislike about the TV is the legs you put on. They are very thin. I'm concerned it could tip over. We have a 55" toshiba and the legs are much more stable. It was easy to program. It had a update right away. The remote is ok.
There is no real user manual. Just a few loose sheets telling you all the wonderful things it can do but in no detail. So, all I can use it for is Cable TV, no CD, no external speakers, The inputs are all there, but we can't understand the way they want them set up. We give up.
I got it primarily for gaming. It has the Gamepass app and gaming hub built in, which is nice. The picture on games are fantastic. The sound isn't amazing, but certainly good enough. I may invest in a soundbar at some point.
It’s a wonderful TV that has everything. You don’t even need cable. There many many channels to watch. I would recommend this smart TV to friends and those who want a television.
The new remote control and menu structure is great. The old Samsung was awful in this category. i use it instead of Google TV. Google TV is still very good at chrome casting.
