I needed another monitor for work and it works great for that, the picture quality could be a bit better but I knew what to expect before getting it. The volume I am not sure how to raise or lower volume using the remote buttons, it only lets me mute and unmute but I use the voice command to adjust...
Assembled as per instructions and connected to the laptop with the provided HDMI cable but Monitor did not turn ON. Tried changing power switches, different combinations, with remote etc., but no luck. The power light kept blinking red and monitor would show haze time to time but did not turn ON.
On some video settings, I can understand the concerns about the depth of black tones. But on most settings, the blacks are the deepest that I've ever seen. Easy Apple Play setup and silly easy to connect HBO Max, Prime, Disney, Apple TV, Netflix, etc. Mostly just QR codes or easy codes to enter.
Good picture quality but it seems something was miss for 4k. Loved smart tv feature to use as TV to watch shows. Remote responded well. App line-up is excellent. My only issue was that this did not fulfil PBP/PIP requirement as I wanted to big monitor to use as workspace for two or more connections.
This is by far the best monitor I've owned. The features are plenty. I love the fact I can tap my samsung phone to it and connect it automatically. The picture is great. If you're looking for strictly a gaming monitor, this probably isn't for you because the refresh rate isn't super high.
