Resident Evil keeps getting better
It’s a short game (~8 hours), but they pack A LOT into that 8 hours. Beautiful graphics, great jump scares, eerie environments, and smooth controls. It’s a great story, and Resident Evil Village is a great follow-up to play after you complete this!
Capcom listened!!!!!
Capcom actually listened to the fans and they should be commended for that! Resident Evil 7 is an absolute MUST PLAY for any fans of the horror genre. Absolutely amazing! Also don't listen to all the people claiming that it is just an Outlast/P.T clone.
Best Purchase Ever
I've been a big fan of the Resident Evil series for so long since I was in my middle school years. Resident Evil 7 has been the best purchase ever and the gameplay is really smooth and the atmosphere is quite creepy (best kind of creepy).
I love this game! My bf is the one who is better at playing though so I actually never really want him to stop playing. It’s very addicting. It IS all in first person, which did take me a couple hours to get used to as I wasn’t really a fan of that at first. Definitely ended up loving it anyway.
Good RE title!
This is a good Resident Evil entry. The story is strong and the gameplay is challenging at times. I'm personally not a huge fan of first-person-exclusive gameplay, so that's my only gripe. But were it not for that, this would be an easy 5/5!
