The quality is good sound is good no problem so far. But this is just 1 day review I got it today.
my mike got expired, so i brought this product, this is such a waste product.
Poor sound and mic sounds very low
Purchased it to use with office pc to make calls over the network. Extremely loud, but no voice cracking at high volume. Extremely sturdy. Mic is exceptionally good. The mic piece was bit short but have no difficulty to pick up everything we speak.
