Amazing Hair dryer
The colors of product is navy matte and I love it so much. About quality is good I love the thermo protect function and it make my hair dry faster and didn’t get a electrostatic with my hair after I use this dryer maybe it has a ionic function too.
Product Works -- Customer Support Fails Miserably
I recommend looking at other manufacturers. When shopping, look for a unit designed with the user in mind, and be sure to compare the specifications of the different manufacturers.
Noisy
Owned this unit for five years. Pros: very effective dehumidification. Cons: Noisy - in addition to normal humming sound (acceptable); the unit made intermittent load "rattling" sound. Tried various remedies to no avail. Unit failed after five years.

I recommend this dehumidifier to anyone seeking a quiet rock solid unit that can handle demanding conditions.
Great Little Dehumidifier
Ran this unit during the winter of 2011/2012 in my bonus room as this is the area that accumulates moisture which sweats on the skylight glass during cold days. Unit worked well and did the job. Auto shut-off/on feature is handy but would have preferred on setting to be on and off continuous.
