product not as good as my previous philip coffee
The design of this coffee maker sucks big time. I had a previous older philip coffee maker which has a much simple design and it serves me for more than 10 over years
Fragile glass jug and poor design
Since I purchased the HD7447 in 2020, I discovered hairline cracks on the glass jug on three different occasionsI replaced the jug twice but after this third time, enough is enough! My personal safety cannot be compromised anymore.
This product is fabulous
It's easy to operate and make cleaning work so much easier. Drinking a cup of coffee before heading to office can be so quick and convenience.

I like the products, but need to improve, the hot water alway spoil although with red light on

Just pour water throw in the grounds and turn it on. you will get fresh coffee really quickly too!
