Very fragile coffee pot and overall design poor
The coffee jar that is supplied with the machine is extremely fragile; in my view a very low quality jar is included with this machine - two jars have cracked in the last 6 months since I bought it.
Product is the pits so is the service
The guy who sold it does not know how it works, the guy who came to repair it does not know and the person he called who is supposedly the person who gives demos does not know!!!How will the customer know what to do with it.....Bought it from Kohinoor in Andheri(W).
