This is my first time using this hair dryer and my hair was sucked into the ventilation holes while I was drying hair for my daughter. This is seriously a design flaw, the holes are bigger than usual and there is no protective cover at the back.

It does the job well although the max wind speed is just moderate, with the thermoprotect nozzle it able to dry the hair and scalp effectively. Since the size is handy, and quite light in weight so it won't strain my hand.

Short of 1 star as the speed to dry hair can be better but overall, light weight and the medium heat setting function is just what i need to avoid damaging my hair and still achieve the effects, Thermoprotect is a well thought function

Reasonable price, but with good low heat features to dry my hair, prevent the hair from damage. Also the weight is nice, not heavy for perfect lady. I love it,
