Head constantly falls off
The razor head constantly falls off. I need to wedge my finger of thumb in the back to be able to use it with a guard, or it will fall off.I cannot find out how to contact Philips email about it either, rendering this as an expensive paperweight.
A great replacement
We purchased it to replace a Philips trimmer we have had for years just as good no nipping of the skin when used to trim around a hair cut. Trims really close when used flat against the skin.
Almost perfect.
For the price point this thing is spot on. Plenty of attachments, long battery life and precise trimming. Comes with a super long warranty as well.Only minor niggle is the lack of a low battery indicator, but otherwise nothing to complain about at all.
