Nice for the price
Not really an "industrial" label machine. Basically the "home" version with a few extras. Still only 2 lines on a 12mm max. It is fine for most applications. Unlike the more expensive Brother machines, you'll have to carry small scissors with you.
Acceptable
It does print a label. Fonts are skimpy. Border (Margin) is very large, which make the legend on the label not very tall.
Other label makers I have used, which allow a taller font, with very little border (margin) at the top and bottom, making it easier to read the label.
Noice... Perfect for organizing.
This thing is real versatile for such a small machine. Bought it for electrical labeling work.
Now while there are ALOT of different styles in the tapes (anti-tamper, heat shrink, colors etc) Labels can be printed as flags, wire id, wrap-around and while the electrical symbols aren't crystal clear,...
Brother industrial label printer
Bought the label printer specifically for electrical work.
Does what it is supposed to do, although the amount of electrical symbols is quite limited, and very small.
I would rather buy a non electrical label maker, if I had to purchase again, and purchase electrical symbols for db’s etc separate.
All you need in a little printer
This handy printer is always part of our tool-case in the electrical-contracting business.
It’s build-quality is the best and seems like it could last years, even with a bit of a bump every now and then.
