Your home is a respectable company, but Olympic is a fraudulent company
The company has become dependent on remanufacturing products, and I tried an 80 liter heater. I purchased it in 2019, and the tank rusted and water leaked after less than two years. The company changed the tank after a single operation, and the tank was remanufactured with the technician’s confession, and I photographed it. Indeed, after installation and before the end of the warranty, the second tank broke and rusted, and now I have ordered Maintenance and the company's response: This model is not manufactured, so spare parts are not available for it before the end of the five-year warranty. Does this make sense in a respectable company? After a complaint to protect the consumer, they bargain with him to return the value of the heater after deducting the depreciation value. This value is from the past four years, meaning it does not exceed a third of the price of the heater now, according to us. God is the best disposer of affairs. I do not advise anyone to deal with this company
