Roller cleaning
We like the suction capability for dog hair and other tough stuff. We are disappointed that the roller cannot be removed for cleaning. We have two older Miele vacuums where we can remove the roller with ease to clean and then put it back. This new design change is not that great.
I'm so glad we went for this vacuum. I have dust and dust mite allergies and this has been a savior! From the floor to shelves to individual items. We don't have pets right now but I can't wait to see how it deals with cat hair in the future.
Best vacuum cleaner on the market
This is the second Miele HEPA vacuum cleaner we have owned. This is a replacement for a 20 year old model that was working as new but was destroyed in hurricane Irma. This new model has the powered rotating head where the old one used the suction from the vacuum to power the head.
I highly recommend!
This is the second one of this model that I buy. I love it. I actually enjoy vacuuming, haha! I highly recommend. It's a little pricey but I feel you get your money's worth. Sturdy, easy to use, well built.
