If you know the difference between an x64 machine and ARM64 machine, and what your work flow focuses in Microsoft Office, web based programs or some non-resources intensive programs, Surface Pro X is an excellent choice: Great screen, lightweight (even with keyboard covers on), good typing...
It's totally not what I expected. No support for 64 bit software, I mean office......etc Do your homework. I may send it back and go for the Pro 7 I have only had this for hours so you may still go for it.
Perfect for home of office use. I use it for the latter. It is everything I expect in a PC with the bonus of portability ease. I added Microsoft office. It boots up quickly like apple products!
Good looking hardware, competent internals but the software compatibility is an issue. I planned to use as a travel/work laptop but SO MANY programs are not compatible with the mobile chip.
