Does the job very well!
Just the basics. No unnecessary buttons or functions. Nice and simple. Your thumb naturally finds the forward button and resta on it, so you don't have to keep looking at the remote. Laser pointer is nice and bright, and reliable.
Works great with Microsoft, not Apple!
Works great with Microsoft computers. Couldn't get it to work with Apple computer. It read it as a keyboard and wouldn't allow me to set it up.
Works Great!
This is a great presenter remote if you use Google Sheets in addition to Microsoft PowerPoint and MacOS Keynote. Clicks through without issue and is simple to pair with your device.
Lacks Certain Amenities
The Logitech R500 Laser remote is a good product, but lacks certain capabilities that I need for PowerPoint presentations, i.e. no volume control or timer.
Filled the void
We needed a remote Laser Pointer. Luckily Staples had one left. It was perfect !! Many of us used it and it truly enhanced our presentation.
