This was a replacement monitor for my office. I was using an old 29" Seiki TV as my monitor but I needed that for other things. I felt like I was going to love it and I did expect it to be good since it was made by LG. I have owned LG products over the years and they really have not let me down.
Title says it all. Expectations exceeded. Solid monitor for the price. No complaints here. Buy it! LG makes great monitors. One con, though - Doesn't get as Bright as a Samsung monitor might. If you're combining this with a second monitor, you may want to go dual LG, which is what I did.
Bought this as a replacement for a 5 year old monitor....can't believe the difference in picture quality! Only thing you need to know is that the controls are on the very bottom of the screen, in the center. Its a joy stick arrangement and quite handy! much prefer it over the buttons!
I have two monitors connected to my computer. I have a high quality 32 in monitor and this one. The resuscitation is excellent, the response time is awesome and my games look nice on it. I mostly use it for informational purposes though while I play most games on my bigger monitor.
