This product is good but one complain charging problem. Every laptop everywhere had to charge but 8 this laptop charger not accepted every AC or DC connection show it have to charge but not what charge battery still standby but connection off the connection battery down request please advise what to...
Highly recommend it, it has alot of space and it's great for me since I'm a varsity student and it hasn't given me any problems since I has purchased it.
Overall it's a good computer hardware wise. A bit of a cheap Hard Drive, but replace it with a SSD and then it is a very nice unit. The BIG negative is they completely lie about the Operating System on it. It's not a huge issue to fix; but a lie none the less. It says Windows 10 Home.
This is first pc i purchased with no help and i am proud of the fact I did good with this.I have a few bugs that i need help from my daghter with like getting my passwords saved in my game sites on facebook. I have to get new passwords everytime.
Review after 2 weeks of usage.
I like the ram management, asthetics, ergonomics and the keyboard. Tested some GPU intensive games and works alright except minor lags at certain points. But I think a ram upgrade from 4 to 8/12 would give this pc all the requirements for medium level video editing.
