They’re overall pretty good. I just expected a little more. The battery life inside each earbud is very short. I hate that you can only use the right one by itself and the left has to tether to it to be used. I would definitely like them more if you could use each bud individually.
I literally live in these things. The only complaint I have is that one of the buds shuts off during phone calls. I’m told that is part of jbl programming though. I would prefer both earbuds to work during calls. Otherwise these are great. They stay put at the gym and roaming round the house.
Sound quality is okay and seem to work well. However, they are pretty uncomfortable. The insert says it comes with several different sized buds but it didn’t and they ones on them are a little big to the point I either make my ears sore shoving them in or they end up popping back out.
I bought these due to the high rating and general positive recommendations - and while they worked they were awesome. But unfortunately less than three months into owning them, the left bud will no longer turn on less than a day into a trip I'm taking!
These were working perfectly in the beginning - great sound for the price, held a charge well, and charged quickly. Comfy in my ears with tons of tips. About 2.5 months into owning them, the left headphone's casing kind of just fell off due to a loose plastic clip on the inside.
