Decent but lacks midrange
I read reviews regarding lack of mid range and agree. The bar 500 to me sounds a bit flat. I did the calibration but nothing on the mid range seemed to change and I still feel it sounds rather flat. I have multiple Sonos sound bars and feel they are better for full range sound.
I would buy again
For the first 2 weeks surround sound would just cut off after turning tv off and back on, after the mart coming out 3 times , They finally figured out for JBL surround sound system you have too download JBL one app so everything can update through the app and no more problems it's been a week..

JBL will impress us every day. There's nothing to say about the sound quality. Everything is there. I recommend this product.
JBL Bar 500
Great option for replacing the built in TV speakers. The soundbar plays music and movies really well. Hearing the dialogue in movies is not a problem anymore either .
NICE PRICE
We only gave four stars due to only having in for less than a few weeks. The quality has been fantastic and Brandon in electronics gave us a demo ahead of time on how to use it which was super helpful and we caught it on sale. Loving this purchase so far.
