I gave 3 stars coz the Bluetooth connection not as good, kind of loose connection when my iPhone is put in my pocket as compare to Plantronic which I’ve used it for 5 years and I do not have such issue.
I like it because is light, compact and it holds well in my ear.
Looks great; very comfortable in ear; but battery life is terrible
The earpiece looks great and is very comfortable to have in your ear - I often forget that it is there, actually. However, I have had it only about 15 months and it already has difficulty charging and holding its charge. Very frustrating for a device that was not cheap.
Really look forward to buying this. However it requires frequent charging. And once it charge it doesn’t last to long.
I love the sound but the design sucks
I love the sound but the design sucks!! No buttons so you are always relying on the egg shaped charger/dock bc that's the only way to turn it on when it goes to "sleep mode" So now I am stuck having to remember to bring the charger with me bc once it goes to sleep (15 mins with no connection) you...
Good reception and easy to carry charger make this a good choice...but the earpiece falls out (yes, I've tried different cover sizes) and my ears get sore after a few hours.
