Screen problems
So I've noticed at the bottom corners of the screen it pops out, this is a common occurrence for these hp 360's I've had two do the same thing. Sometimes the screen pops out so bad that I have to lock it back into place. Tends to overheat when not using and charging.
Battery won't charge
Out of the box on 1st day - battery was stuck on "0%" charge. could only use when plugged in. 0% battery charge prevented most windows updates from installing as windows has a safety future of not installing sensitive updates when battery charge is below 40%
It is just ok, not great for the price!
Two things I do not like about this, One, the keys are not lit so it is hard to see them! Two, the battery does not have a long life at all, so may be 5 hours of use total. My other computers that have had in the past lasted two days before I had to recharge, sooo I do not know if Microsoft is...
I chose the gold and love the color; however, the white labeling on the metallic colored keys does not show up as dominantly as on darker keys. The backlit feature helps with this, but if you rely on the letters and numbers standing out, you might consider another color.
Love this machine but haven't learned all of it yet
So far so good. Setup was a complete breeze. It linked with my other devices and had all my email et cetera already downloaded on it within a few moments of turning it on. The touch screen is more sensitive than what I'm used to but it works fantastic
