Perfect printer!
The setup was very easy and quick. The app used to print from devices is user friendly. I love the color of the printer. It has all the printer capabilities as the large copier at work but in a compacted suitable form for the home. Highly recommended!
NIGHTMARE PRINTER
Within 3-4 years this printer required constant cajoling to print at all — via any means — wirelessly from my Mac, plugged in via USB, or AirPrinting from my phone. The phone was most reliable but I’d lose my formatting. I don’t print a ton but when I need to print something, I need to print it.
Outstanding full function all in one
Incredibly easy to set up. Amazing prints. Full function all in one! Sturdy and quality design.
If you want to use this with a USB cable, it's fairly simple, but includes too many requests for personal information. Setting it up wirelessly is a hassle, especially when working with a client who bought this and has no idea what an IP address is or how to find it on the wi-fi connected printer.
I would just like to say I love hp all my home devices are from hp but I’m really fed up.. I think I will switch to another brand.. I had a 8610.. printhead problems don’t I bought a 8710... printhead problem.. I can’t continue to loose money like this.. I have kids and bills a lot of bills...
