Excellent Printer, Scanner & Copier!
Great unit! Very reliable! Note... when it says low on ink, you have hundreds of more copies to go before it actually runs out. Hundreds! Amazing! But have that replacement ink on hand so you'll be ready when it does. I just love this thing. Nice straight printing too!
I am so happy w/this printer!
I was concerned because it was inexpensive compared to the others but i needed a small printer and wanted a laser. It was easy from the 1st day out of the box and i've had it for almost 2 months now! It just works and works. Totally recommend!
Does the job right
I’ve an office that needs to print an average of 30-50 pages a day and this seems to do the job nice. Previously I’ve been using HP 1020 which was sturdy and what they used to make ‘em type right. This is good looking and it’s tightness remains to be seen but these are what there are.
This is a great printer—prints fast, never jams, prints look great. When I first got it I was a little frustrated with how long it took to AirPrint from my iPhone or iPad, and I frequently got “printer is offline” messages. Then I downloaded the HP Smart app and that problem was immediately solved.
Easy to set up. If you can't connect to your network using a wired network, I would recommend using the app. It's a lot easier to do it through the app rather than the on-board method. Took a few mins to setup with my network and was able to print and scan documents with ease.
