Warranty not honored
print head gone within an year which was promised by customer care to replace but that never happened after months. finally i paid and got done in local service centers.

Value for money product , as it's inks are somewhat costly bt the printer is awesome , the only bad thing is it lags. (Nt much concerning). Easy to use and print quality and the color is good

Repeatedly error came... No print done..... Now technician told card problem..... This product has more card problem.. don't buy this product.......
Worst after Sales Service of HP
After sales service of HP is worst. My printer is having some issue . I made a complaint to customer care.Before service you have to pay a quotation amount in advance.More than eight days have passed and still there is no response. I strongly recommend not to purchase HP Products .
