Excellent So Far!
I've only had my HP Envy laptop for a few days, but very happy with it so far. Response time is excellent and I had Microsoft 10 before so it's familiar. It charges up quickly and gets to the internet in a flash.
Impressive laptop
Upon taking this out of the box, my first impression was how sleek it looked. The laptop is the perfect size for actually using on your lap like I often do, which is also why I wanted a 14" or less laptop. Super easy for transporting too. Setting up was fast and easy.
I bought this computer in August 2021. It works well, good speed, lightweight. However, at some point last year I noticed it didn't line up when closed. Then I noticed the screen would slide back and forwards. Then I noticed the back was coming apart.
What a fabulous product!
I wanted a small-ish laptop for daily use, travel and all-around purposes and I found it! 16 GB in a 13.3 body, fabulously clear screen, great touch screen, high-res (for me) camera for Zoom meets, etc., backlit keyboard and easy to transfer items from my old, clunky laptop.
This laptop is great for anyone looking to use it for daily tasks or basic office related work like Word or excel. The battery lasts a full day, and the touch responsiveness is great which makes it easy to carry around for different meetings.
