OK - could be better
Unboxed and set up but typical HP - wants to control everything. I don't know why I still use them - I really need to change. Had to download an app to do anything Wireless. The irritating thing is the app seems pretty useful. Have to use their ink or it doesn't work...
Not as good as the pagewide was, but good
I miss my Pagewide. This does not hold as much paper and it does not automatically scan both sides of the documents from what I can tell. You have to flip it over manually. Just like all big companies, they take away a good thing to make something that is a bit lacking from the previous models.
Printing Powerhouse is EASY to Use
This machine saved me at my new job. Instead of sending out dozens of papers and compromising my budget, I took a hit and it has paid off within 6 months. This machine is so easy to use, handles multiple sizes, thicknesses, and types of paper. This wireless wonder works amazingly.
Use HP Drivers
The printer works well, now. However, when I came home, the printer kept spitting out sheet after sheet with one line of garbage code on each. I tried everything to get it to stop. I quickly learned it was using Windows drivers and not HP.
Does not support 2-sided originals
The auto paper feed does not support 2 sided printed documents. This is clearly inconvenient if you need to scan or copy a large number of 2-sided documents. This is a major limitation that is not clearly specified in the description of the printer.
