I bought this laptop march 14th 2022 and I’m writing this review on march 8th 2023, I wanted to wait a while before reviewing. I’ve had this laptop for almost a year now, and for me it’s perfect. It runs my game (sims 4) perfectly and it works perfect for my schoolwork.

Good laptop for just surfing the web, emails and watching Netflix. Only downside is sometimes when I turn it on it disconnects from my WiFi and won't show the option to reconnect. I have to restart it and then the option is there. Apparently this is a known and common issue with windows 11

Lots of negative reviews made me think twice but I couldn't be more pleased with this laptop. EZ install, quick as lightning, great screen and keyboard/touchpad are just fine.

Ryzen 5 chip is speedy and efficient. the SSD is a 500gb Kingston. Known company. someone said ram is not upgradable. not true. extra slot. Make sure it's the same speed DDR4 type. 3200. Had to add mote ram and take computer out of s mode and remove bloatware.

I work from home and it definetly can handly the job. I'm it at least 9 hours a day and it hasn't given me any issues since I purchased it about six months ago. Web cam is good for Zoom calls, good sound, sinked my mouse with ease, bluetooth, is not a screen touch, lighted keyboard.
