This is an awesome laptop for simple no frills home use!
My only true complaint are the keys, the letters are hard to see if you are not working under good bright light. Someone mentioned that the keys are loud. Granted they are not like my laptop at work that makes no sound, but they don't sound like a clumpy typewriter or cheap keyboard.
Good for my basic needs
Good laptop for just surfing the web, emails and watching Netflix. Only downside is sometimes when I turn it on it disconnects from my WiFi and won't show the option to reconnect. I have to restart it and then the option is there. Apparently this is a known and common issue with windows 11
Great laptop!
I work from home and it definetly can handly the job. I'm it at least 9 hours a day and it hasn't given me any issues since I purchased it about six months ago. Web cam is good for Zoom calls, good sound, sinked my mouse with ease, bluetooth, is not a screen touch, lighted keyboard.
Great computer for the money.
Had to buy a computer to replace one at short notice with limited financial resources. After a search and extensive research I decided to buy this device. It has far surpassed my expectations of what I need my computer to do. IT is fast the battery life is average which is good.
Good for what it is
I bought this for my wife because her previous was a Chromebook that she HATED. The biggest difference is that this doesn't have a touch screen. My wife really misses her touch screen BUT, she loves this computer! It's a smaller version of the HP that I own.
