Good computer for the price
I am retired and just needed to replace my 10 year old computer with Windows 7. I did not need a touch screen and didn't want to pay for that technology. I need to be able to check my e-mail, research online, occasionally use Word and Excel and hook with with family and friends with Zoom.
So, I haven't tried to contact HP yet because I know the run around I am about to receive. I purchase this in January 2021. I don't do much on it but circut and printing imagines for my cups. Last night went to work on it. It wouldn't boot up. So, I followed some troubleshooting steps online.
This laptop is soooooo sloooowwwww! And so frustrating to use. I mostly use it for the web and to pay my bills. I've only used 64GB out of 400GB. The keyboard is impossible to make out if the room is slightly darker than daylight. If I had it to do over I would've bought a better quality computer.
finally a good one
I finally have a computer I enjoy. I have only had a week or so but it is so fast, light weight nice screen. I have had 2 previous laptops both Dell and the quality was nothing like this computer. The solid state is such an improvement. The price I thought was reasonable I am very pleased.
Camera problems
I really like this computer. it is easy to use and has been reliable but I have had it for a year and there is a problem with the camera. The screen is flickering, freezing, scrambling and changing colors when I use the camera.
