Great Value Starter Unit
I have been using nearly everyday for the last 18 months and I am very pleased. I researched espresso significantly only after I impulse bought the Dedica and was disappointed what was generally said about it on the forums and social media groups, but I still felt it would be a great introduction...
I really loved it because of its design that is small and easy to put anywhere in my kitchen, also because it is easy to use and really prepares delicious coffees, I love the cappuccino, the instruction manual is very explicit, I can recommend this product openly, I also liked that the milk beater...
This machine has been used multiple times a day over the past 5 years and it is still brewing a great shot of espresso. This machine is easy to use, very beginner friendly. If you are looking for a good espresso machine that won’t break the bank and is easy to use, this is for you.
Very good brewer.
Very good italian product. As I expected. quality/price ratio is very high. I would give 5 stars only if it was more powerful but it's very good as it is and better than many other products.
If you are an experienced barista then this device might be easy enough to use and operate, but if you're a family it's very difficult. The main problem was getting it to make hot espresso. When we tried to follow the instructions to increase the temperature we couldn't get it to get any warmer.
