A good buy for me!
So far I love it! I haven't encountered any problems. It was easy to hook it up to my router, internet connection. I am having a problem with my wireless printer. I think that's operated issues, not the laptop. Lightweight, fit in my existing travel case and easy to use.
Nice laptop for the price.
This is my first time buying a Dell, I usually stick with HP, but the specs and the price was worth switching. The screen is nice, full HD with touch screen, lots of memory, and the backlit keyboard is amazing. The laptop is not too heavy, and the buttons are spread out just enough.
Quality is a bit disappointing
I have had to fix two things in the 18~24 months I have had this laptop. The first was a hard drive failure. Replacing it was a headache; not because the part was expensive but because how annoying it is to pry open this thing. The second was a charging port failure.
... laptop to one of my friend and they weren’t happy with its performance
I gifted this laptop to one of my friend and they weren’t happy with its performance. They were facing issue with processor fan and took this laptop to Dell showroom to get it fixed. But they didn’t get proper response from Dell so far. Not a good experience so far.
