Inspiron Purchase
The purchase was without problems. I love the new computer; it is super-fast. I purchased the transfer software to move data from my old laptop to the new one. I was not well communicated where to access the new software. Customer support helped me locate it.
It’s to confusing to me. It didn’t come completely set up. I have to figure out how to download photos, Microsoft game up and everything else which I truly can’t figure out how to do. It didn’t come with any instructions on how to download everything I want on it. It’s making me want to scream.
High quality, well built and speced computer
14" full screen, only 3 lbs and foldable into a tablet or tent shape. Very versatile, thin with excellent screen and a very nice keyboard and touch pad. 7i fast processor. All in all, an excellent home and/or light business computer. Very happy with product and price.
I have always preferred Dell computers . It is a great laptop. I have tried other brands and was always disappointed.
Loving my new Inspiron
This is my second Inspiron. I love the 2-in-1 design...I don't understand why all laptops aren't built this way. This laptop is the same size as my previous one, but the active screen is bigger, and I like the play of the keyboard more.
