I love these cheep batteries
I love these cheep batteries. I know they don't last as long as the canon batteries but these batteries last me about 2 years and they are so cheep I just buy more. You can never have enough batteries. Just make sure you charge them when you get them.
The best generic LP-E6 so far
Now that I had a chance to put a Kaster battery in my Canon 5D sr, and the other in my 5D Mark III, and shoot about a hundred shots apiece at the SD Zoo, I can share about my experience.
Doesn't hold a charge well
I purchased these to always have back ups when shooting weddings. However, they don't stay charged. I barely got 1.5 hours of use from each battery and that was after a fully charge. Rather disappointing, as I can not always be changing batteries or looking for a place to charge them.
Batteries = OK, Charger = disappointing.
Charger is slower than the stock charger and doesn't ever seem to bring the stock Canon battery to a full charge (stays at 98%). It's nice that it has a 12v input, but a better charger was what I was hoping for. The batteries have been fine so far and seem to work well for me.

Product is as described, I love that it tells me how much of a percentage is left for charging. I sometimes have to charge batteries last minute and when I see the batteries are close enough to being fully charged I can head out without having to wonder if there is enough of a charge to be...
