The delivery was fast and the product is good, also the printer is easy to use.
The printer need to be cleaning in a few maintenance so the ink can be printed in a good condition, it take me 2-3 hours to start the first good printing.
Fantastic printer with print scan copy and duplex (Double side printing). Value for money. Other brands are very costly with less features. Go for this and it won’t disappoint you
The DCP-T820W is a beast of a printer. Print quality is great, both colour and mono, setup is very easy, takes less than 15 minutes from opening the box to filling the ink and getting to printing. The best part is the print speed!
Printing speed and quality both are impressive. Dual sided works perfectly. Really worth purchasing.
It took nearly 30 mins to set up the printer. Have one up and down arrow key that is used for all selection and character input. At times wouldn't realise if the button is pressed. Neither it has any sound feedback not the key is like a click friction
