Exactly what I needed for my yard
These speakers are awesome. They are very loud very clear crisp the base sounds great. It actually feels like I’m at a concert. I have them in my backyard one towards my pool the other tour, my patio and you can hear the music everywhere.
Performed side by side A/B sound comparison w Klipsch AW-650 and Klipsch AW-525. Bose 251 are clearly inferior in sound - dull and muffled in comparison. Both Klipsch models sound more live and realistic, and 650 sound best. In sound quality Klipsch AW-650 outperform Bose 251 by a LONG shot.

Bose 251 outdoor speakers sound great!
I have 4 sets of the Bose 251 speakers and have loved each installation. I have used them for my whole house audio system (placed under the eaves in our back yard) as well as a 5.1 system setup in a square 4-car garage.
