I'm so sad. I used it twice. Then the water started to leak, so I could not use the steam function. 10 mins later the hoover function would not stop unless I unplugged it altogether. I have waited to buy this item as it was expensive. Now I've got nothing!
I spent a long time searching for a two in one machine that hoovers as well as mops the floor and finally settled on this one. I'm pleased I did as it makes moping a lot easier and you can tell the floor is much cleaner as a result of the steam.
Don't get me wrong, I do like this and for a quick turnaround floor clean it works well, is it the best floor steamer cleaner out there, No. Will It replace the old mob and bucket, that depends on a few things if you have large scale flat porcelain tile, lemante or linoleum floors and a smaller...
My laminate floor looked worse once I had used this steamer!! Left awful streak marks across our floor and also took the lovely shine off it!! Very very dissapointed and have gone back to using my flash speed mop as gives me a much better result!!
Great for price and time saver only issue is that leaves some dirt in corners
