I had very high hopes for these and their potential met every criteria I was looking for. I am an Apple lover, but I wanted something more universal that I could use with my personal apple products and my work windows laptop due to me being in meetings up to 75% of my day, plus something longer than...

These headphones have great sound and a superior quality mic. My complaint is that on my first pair the left side went out and I could not get it back on. I thought I broke them and bought a second pair. Same thing started happening. I searched online and found that my issue was apparently common.

I am a big fan of Anker ear phones... at least the Liberty 2. The sound on the Liberty 2 is so amazing. To be fair I do not use the Liberty 2 for phone calls because, the sound for the other end is not good AND the 2 sides can't seem to stay in sync. Never is an issue when listening to music though.
