I was honestly surprised by the sound this speaker puts out at half volume. The sound does become less crisp at full volume but I don't think most people will need it at full volume. I have not tried it's water resistance so i cannot speak on that. I will update this if I find any issues later on.
The sound from this speaker is so clean and deep. I brag about it and show it off every chance I get. The colorful LED lights create an instant party atmosphere, and I use it for a light on my bicycle when I ride at night. I couldn't have asked for a much better speaker for how little it costs.
I was more than surprised at the sound quality. I wasn't looking to replace a home system, just have something for the roof deck or when I was working (I don't work in an office). It is hefty enough not to blow over on a very windy day, but I can throw it in my bag or purse with ease.
So far I really like this speaker. I think the sound is good and it connects right out of the box. The lights on the bottom are cool. Good speaker for some background music on the porch or wherever. It can be turned up really loud too. I only keep it at 25% for a normal background volume.
This speaker has great sound all around! My wife mostly uses it when working out and she loves it. It has great bass and sounds great even when the volume is up high. We haven't used the light feature and probably never will but it seems like a cool feature if you are having a party.
