Ethernet port works well for non-wireless devices
This wi-fi extender has an ethernet port that can be used to connect non-wifi devices to a wireless network. (It does NOT allow you to extend your wireless network via a cable)
The setup was really easy and the app works well.
Works feear
I purchased this hoping to get better internet connection for a computer and wireless printer in an upstairs office. Videos don’t freeze anymore, Zoom connections no longer get the message “Internet connection unstable”, and wireless printer is more reliable. It was fairly easy to set up.
Does what it says!
Works really well. Has helped us reach wifi in the deadzones of our house. The ethernet port is also really helpful when it comes to gaming.
I have been using it for two weeks now, my previous one (a different brand) was causing network fluctuation which is totally gone now. Also, I have much more controls and useful features in TP-Link one. Totally worth it.
