Absolutely adore this laptop! It is exactly what I've needed. Arrived in great shape, no issues. I've gotten some stickers on it and a keyboard cover. It works wonderfully. Super fast speeds, no issues so far! Highly recommend it.
The laptop I received was used. The listing states that these are brand new, and they absolutely are not. They will try to tell you they only opened it to upgrade the hardware, but these are very obviously used and returned.
Love it love it love it my new toy
Setup one with no issues, added MS updates, Office and printer drivers. The other one, when I added updates, system became unusable. I had to reload Windows 10 Pro from scratch, then added updates and printer drivers. Cost me a couple of hours of my time that I didn't have.
