The product gives a very nice shave
As with my previous Norelco shavers, this product gives me a very nice shave. However, I am not sure why they designed the frame of the head with a square ends, which creates a wider boarder around the heads, preventing you from getting close under the nose & at the jawline close to the ear. They describe how to perform this, but still cumbersome. That also prevents you from accomplishing a 60% circular motion for the shave.
most comfortable ever, closer shave than expected
I don't usually appreciate the rotary razor because quite frankly, up to this point, I have not been able to find one that gives me as close a shave as a foil razor...not to mention the razor burn I normally would get. Not this one..this is the most comfortable shaving razor I have ever used...and I have used some good ones. It is super comfortable; never causing razor burn or irritation...yet is shaves closer than my expensive foil shaver.
Great razor! Super long battery life, clean shave.
I have been using the razor everyday for the past couple of months, and I think it is the best electric razor I have ever had. I have pretty sensitive skin, so a lot of electric razors give me razor burn or irritation, especially when dry. I haven't had an issue with irritation at all! The only complaint I have is the lack of standardization of charging platforms for Phillips razors. I have a Phillips OneBlade, and the charging port is different.
Amazing, Best Electric Shaver Ever
For over forties years I have gone back and forth from a stick razor to an electric shaver. Now that I’m using the Philips Norelco 7100 Shaver, there is no going back to anything else. This shaver is just hands down the best, just so many great things about it. The pivoting heads literally mold to you face whether it’s your neck, cheeks, or chin. Everything articulates in every direction allowing for a smooth, consistent, and close shave.
Changed my mind about blades
I have never had luck with electric razors. They just didn't do the job. I had a couple weeks of travel lined up and decided I didn't want to bring my safety razor handle and blades so I bought the Phillips. From the first shave I was so impressed. I had a close clean shave with no nicks or cuts. I find the razor works best with a little shave gel and water to keep it moving smoothly on my face. The ability to rinse it after each shave is great.
