Boombox for Warmups
I bough the Boombox 2 a few weeks ago to have a portable music player to use during softball team warm ups. I cheaped out and didn't get the Boombox 3, but I find that the BB2 has all the power we need and fits perfectly with our gear. I am sure JBL has better products, but this one is great and I am glad I made the purchase.
This speaker has a really good sound inside a room, I personally bought it thinking it was going to be louder in an open area, not as loud as I thought it was going to be, but having it inside the house I really love the sound quality on it, battery sure lasts 24 hours if you don't have to charge your phone in it, really like the future the it's capable to charge your phone

Best sound around
Hands down , the best sound from any Bluetooth speaker I’ve heard. We bought an extreme 2 and was thoroughly satisfied. But after hearing the depth and clarity from the boom box 2 it is more than impressive. JBL did the R/D now I get to hear the results .
Love the bass and the sound in general, love that you can link multiple speakers, don't like that you can't use the party boost function when using certain equipment, for me it is my outdoor movie projector, I can connect one speaker to it and that disables the party boost function, works great with my phone. The battery life is good, but do not expect 24 hours, you can use the speaker while it is charging, so that is good.
