Meh
If you absolutely need this for ps4 and don't have it for any other system, go for it. Otherwise, stick with PS3 or Xbox 360 versions. Not much upscaling here, and there's no brightness control or any kind of display customization. Unless you go through adjusting settings on your TV itself, you're not going to be able to see well. I found myself feeling like I couldn't see anything on the screen. I ultimately took it back and just stuck with my 360 copy.
A necessary reboot.
This is a decent reboot and port to the PS4. The protagonist of the game is annoying. He partakes in sophomoric dialogue and has the scrawny punk rock look. With that aside, there's plenty of content to keep a player busy. Chaining combos is smooth. The game is not as challenging as previous Dmc games, but this game is still a treat.

Awesome game. Lots of fun. Definitely keeping with the DMC franchise.
Wow! What a game!!
Ok so I had just recently got back into gaming a few months ago. A few games were recommended to me but DmC really caught my eye. As soon as I started playing I was amazed and hooked. I had no idea vid games could be this creative, so involved and entertaining. The story is amazing, characters are badass and story line is very interesting, I did some research to catch up on the plot. This is the first game I ever completed entirely and what a blast! Epic ending!

I like the game play and new story for a non cannon "spin off" if you will. But I prefer the game ways of old.
