Inexpensive and makes good coffee. It is a bit slow
Inexpensive and makes good coffee. It is a bit slow, but thats OK. However, the light has stopped working so not always easy to tell if it is on or off, which is important if you do not want to cook the coffee.
Good replacement jug
Very happy with this replacement jug. Thicker glass than our previous one. Cheaper than buying a new coffee maker. Very happy.
Makes good filter coffee
Makes good filter coffee , our complaint is the narrow water intake and sometimes coffee somewhat leaks to the surface of the worktop.
Excellent coffee, brilliant price.
My office has been one of the most popular in the building since my colleagues and I picked this machine up. We must have made thousands of cups of coffee with it so far and it shows no sign of giving up on us yet. The unit itself is fairly small, maybe taking up about twice the total volume of a normal kettle, and whilst made of plastic in no way looks or feels overly cheap. The carafe is glass with gradient marks.
New jug design scalds hands when pouring coffee
We bought this Delonghi as a replacement for our previous Delonghi. The new design for the jug allows the steam to escape through the handle when pouring the coffee and is extremely hot on the hands. Not a good design change.
