Ok-ish
For coffee enthusiasts it's better to buy a more expensive one, because there's no setting to grind coffee on this appliance, we just need to roughly calculate by the time of grinding. Any coffee specialist knows that grinding is one of the most important features when making a good espresso. So, with this grinder, I either get it too fine or too coarse which interferes with the taste of the coffee, hence, waste.
I have use this grind for making seed flour, such as linseeds, almond chia and even oat. It's very sturdy and it has not been as messy as some reviews I have read. Probably that is because I haven't use it for coffee. It's very easy to clean with the brush included, but it cannot be used with humid products.
Not so great
I bought this for almonds,hazelnuts,walnuts…but doesn’t grind them all,remains big pieces.But what it’s most annoying is: if you insist to grind them a couple seconds more you get a paste instead of a”grind”..and the small container gets hot every time when i use it to grind the nuts…So annoying
I found this grinder a little quieter than others I've seen, but the design of the cap isn't the best, when you lift the lid, theres no way of avoiding coffee ground spilling out, which is annoying. It is a little bigger than the krupps one. It does grind the coffee ok, with a few pulses. I'm not convinced its the best on the market though.
Great use for the money spent
Bought this a few months ago for the missus and she loves it. It grind to perfection and the coffee tastes amazing. Have had more expensive ones in the past, bought this as a stand in till the next one and it's become the official blender now. Definitely a great buy
